AEC Education PLC is quoted on AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies. It is the holding company for a number of wholly-owned operating subsidiaries whose business is the provision of educational programs and qualifications. The Group operates from centres in Southeast Asia and the UK, with its main operations in Singapore, Malaysia and London.

The Group’s educational offering is broad and geared principally towards preparing students to meet the demands of business and management. Courses include:

certificate, diploma and pre-university programs;
university degree and postgraduate programs;
preparatory courses for professional examinations;
tuition services for secondary school students and
English language teaching

Qualifications are provided from UK-based professional bodies, including ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CFA Institute. AEC also holds an exclusive licence to deliver London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“LCCI”) examinations in 24 Asian countries. In addition, the Group has well established relationships with a number of UK universities, with agreements in place to provide their degree and postgraduate programs through AEC centres. The Group’s English language teaching is provided under the Malvern House brand, with its main operations based in London.
