                                        Resignation of Director

Tunku Iskander bin Tunku Abdullah has informed the Board of AEC that, due to recent increases in his 
other business commitments, he has decided to resign from the boards of AEC and its wholly owned 
subsidiary AEC Edugroup Pte Ltd with immediate effect.

The Board of AEC record their thanks and appreciation to him for his valuable contribution and guidance 
during the last four years.
