The Company has today posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2006 to shareholders.  Copies of the accounts will be available, free
of charge, at the registered office of the Company, 1 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5AB.


The Directors have also convened the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the
Company for Monday 13 August 2007 at 9am at the offices of Nabarro Wells & Co.
Limited, Saddlers House, Gutter Lane, London EC2V 6BR.  A notice of meeting and
a proxy card have been posted to shareholders with the Annual Report & Accounts.
